การหล่อลื่น

หากใช้ตัวจ่ายน้ำมัน ควรตั้งการจ่ายน้ำมันไว้ที่ 2 หยดต่อ 1 นาที ถ้าเครื่องไม่สารถใช้ตัวจ่ายน้ำมันได้ ควรหยดน้ำมันลงไปในทางที่ลมเข้าวันละครั้ง 1 ถึง 2 หยด

การบำรุงรักษา

  • หากใช้เครื่องขัดทุกวัน ควรมีการถอดและตรวจสอบมอเตอร์ทุกๆ 3 เดือน หากจะต้องมีการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ ควรให้ช่างที่มีความชำนาญเปลี่ยนให้
  • โปรดใช้รูปภาพส่วนประกอบอะไหล่ เป็นหลักในการถอดและประกอบเครื่องขัด
  • อะไหล่บางตัวจะมาเป็นชุด ไม่สามารถแยกได้ ตามที่อยู่ในรายการอะไหล่เพื่อลดความเสี่ยง ผู้ใช้ , ช่างติดตั้ง , ช่างซ่อม , ช่างบำรุงรักษา , ช่างเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ หรือผู้ที่ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับเครื่องขัด ควรจะต้องอ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อแนะนำก่อนใช้งาน

  • การกระแทกท่อลมแรงๆสามารถทำให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บรุนแรงได้ ควรมีการตรวจสอบความเสียหายของท่อลมอยู่เสมอ

อันตรายที่เกิดจากสถานที่ทำงาน

  • การลื่น,สะดุด และลมเป็นสาเหตุหลักที่จะทำให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บรุนแรงหรือตาย ควรระวังท่อลมที่ยาวเกินไป ซึ่งอาจกีดขวางทางเดินหรือสถานที่ทำงาน
  • ควรทำตัวให้ดีขณะทำการขัด
  • เสียงที่ดังเกินไปอาจทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อหูได้ แนะนำให้ใช้ที่อุดหูขณะทำงาน
  • หลีกเลี่ยงการหายใจเอาฝุ่นเข้าไป ซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายต่อร่างกายได้
  • ผู้ใช้และช่างบำรุงรักษาจะต้องเป็นบุคคลที่สามารถถือของหนักได้และสามารถควบคุมความแรงของเครื่องได้
